At Vital Proteins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
